Must-Watch: Farrell AW12 Collection Film

To coincide with their latest collection for AW12, Robbie Williams and Farrell have released this little beauty of a film. Inspired by the infamous Anglo-German football match that took place amidst the trenches of 1914, the video stylishly shows a squad (featuring a few familiar faces) of troops take on their enemy on the modern day battleground. Fashion News: Robbie Williams & Ben Dickens chat to Dylan Jones at launch of Farrell at Selfridges

 

To mark the launch of Farrell at Selfridges, Robbie Williams and his design partner Ben Dickens held conversation with Dylan Jones on the rooftop of the infamous department store in London.

 

Speaking about the collection, Williams said: "I see myself as a DJ of clothes. I remix things I like - it's a lot like music. I know what I like - every piece in the collection is based on pieces from my own wardrobe which I love."

Now available in all Selfridges stores and online, Farrell is described as "a brand for every guy".

Fashion News: Farrell to Launch at Selfridges

Farrell - the brand inspired by Jack Farrell and devised by his grandson Robbie Williams - is set to launch its AW12 collection at Selfridges. Housed in the stores first floor menswear department, the brand will sit alongside contemporary labels such as The Kooples, Acne and A.P.C. Launching August 30.

Farrell x Christys Collaboration Part Two

Hats don't just make themselves you know, especially the best ones... Now you've seen the collection in Part One of this post, here's a little on how they got to what they are.

Founded in 1773, Christy's is one of the best hat manufacturers in the world. In an impressive, unbroken 200-year-old(+) history, the historic British hatter has been entrusted to create hats of the highest calibre for heads including Sir Winston Churchill and HRH Prince Albert. Not stopping here, the hat makers have also made the iconic helmets and caps for the British Police Force for over 200 years.

Farrell x Christys AW12 Collaboration

Merging together two specialists is always going to produce great results, and that's exactly what has happened between Farrell and Christys London. Intertwining the classic nature and quality of Farrell with the experience and class of Christys, the outcome has produced an exciting range of traditional and iconic headwear.

Part of Farrell's brilliantly crafted A/W 2012 collection, the unique collaboration reflects the traditional hardworking British man.
