Chances are that person is 1960s President, John F. Kennedy.
Born John Fitzgerald Kennedy on May 29, 1917, the iconic American had a style as memorable as any. There wasn't anything particular special about the garments he wore, yet his confidence and charisma made him one of the best dressed men in the US.
